Vendor Questions Answered
When is the vendor application deadline?
Applications are accepted on a rolling basis until booths are filled. We recommend applying at least 3 weeks before the event date to secure your spot.
What types of vendors do you accept?
We welcome vendors selling outdoor gear, apparel, food & beverage, handmade goods, farm products, automotive accessories, collectibles, and more — as long as it fits the spirit of the event.
Do I need to bring my own tent?
Yes — all vendors are required to supply their own canopy or tent. Tent rentals are not available. Booth spaces include the space only.
Can I vend at multiple events?
Absolutely — and we offer multi-event discounts. Contact us to discuss a vendor package across multiple shows.
Is electricity available at booths?
Electrical hookups are available on a first come, first served basis — there is a limited number of electric spaces at each venue. Note your need on your vendor contract and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 14+ days before the event receive a full refund. Cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future event.
